All content, materials, and intellectual property displayed on or associated with VelluraPetite, including but not limited to designs, garments, product concepts, images, videos, logos, trademarks, branding elements, text, graphics, and overall website design, are the exclusive property of VelluraPetite or its authorized licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and trade dress laws, as well as international treaties.

You grant VelluraPetite a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content solely for the purposes of order fulfillment, marketing, and operation of our business. VelluraPetite shall not be liable for any unauthorized use of content submitted by customers.

Reservation of Rights
All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by VelluraPetite. Failure to enforce any provision of this policy shall not constitute a waiver of our rights.
