Returns

Return Shipping
We offer free return shipping for return requests initiated within 7 days of delivery.
After this 7-day period, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Return instructions will be provided once your return request has been approved.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After this period, orders may already be processed and cannot be canceled.

Package Responsibility
VelluraPetite is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
We recommend selecting available package protection at checkout for additional security.
